- Melt your chocolate chips over medium heat.
- Dip the end of each pretzel rod into the chocolate and swirl around until about half to three-fourths of the pretzel is covered. Tip: If you’re using a shallow pot or bowl, use a spoon to help apply the chocolate.
- Place each pretzel on wax paper and allow to harden completely.
- Meanwhile, fill the piping bag with about two big scoops of icing, cut a small bit off the tip of the bag.
- Once the chocolate has hardened, pipe the icing onto each pretzel in a “football lace” pattern.
- Place each pretzel rod into a clear treat bag and tie it off with some ribbon.
